WHAT PROGRAMS DO YOU USE?

We use QuickBooks, Excel, Lessaccounting.com, and Freshbooks.com

Each of these programs has a specific form and function, but for most of our clients we use QuickBooks. Call us and we will give you the straight deal on what you need.

DO I NEED TO BUY A COMPUTER PROGRAM?

Nope, most of our clients don't own one and you don't have to either. This is for clients that don't need daily access to their bookkeeping data. If you do require daily access you might have to buy QuickBooks (we can get you a discount!), or pay a monthly fee to one of the accounting web sites we use.
