Once you are provided with a proposal the quote is firm! That's it. No extra charges and no huge unexpected bills. We guarantee the fee for a year and we try our best to remain fair, cost competitive and not to raise costs at every opportunity.

Small print: we do charge for costs we incur on your behalf. Like what? Postage and delivery, long distance phone calls outside of the US, digital media (CDs etc) if required, transportation to your office, photocopies, and 1099 and W2 forms. For some clients who need daily access to their QuickBooks files we charge for a Microsoft server license.
